Please Note: Upon arrival to the scheduled Meet & Greet, you will be required to bring the following:

  1. Complete New Membership Application
  2. Present a picture ID (to be copied for the membership file) or uploaded 
  3. Submit or upload 3 Letters of References
  4. Criminal Background Check (valid within the year)
  5. Child Abuse Background Check (valid within the year)
  6. Application fee: $150.00
